1. What courier partners do you use ?
Ans : orders are shipped by shiprocket
Via different courier companies
Delhivery , xpressbees , ekart , amazon , bluedart , ecom , & many more etc are some of the courier companies that we use
For pincodes which are not servicable by courier service from our pincode to their pincode , we use india post speed post method.
2. In how many days will my order be shipped ?
Ans : Orders will be shipped in 1-3 working days
3. How long will it take to receive my order ?
Ans : after shipping , generally it will take anytime between 3-8 working days to reach you . However please kindly note that ostud is not responsible for any intransit delay / intransit fast delivery
4. Can i track my order ?
Ans : once an order is shipped tracking details will be shared to your registered email address
5. Are there additional shipping charges
Ans : shipping charges are applicable only on minis , samples , sale items , pimple patches etc etc . A flat 100-150 rs shipping charges are applicable depending upon your order. Other full sized & non sale items are of free shipping
6. Do you ship all over india ?
Ans : Yes , We ship to India & its union Territories
7. Solution to Wrong address / wrong phone number given by customer
Ans :
If the order is still not yet shipped / picked up by delivery pickup boy , please mail us from your registered email , with the correct address / contact details along with your order number & screenshot of your order details
But if the order is already shipped shipped / picked up ,
we are sorry , ostud is not responsible for such cases. There is no option to change address / phone num , once its shipped / picked up by delivery pickup boy .
So , Please kindly make sure to check twice before providing address / phn num .
If due to wrong address / wrong phone number / any of your personal reasons, your order is not delivered to you , parcel will be returned back to us , u can track status of your returning parcel , from your tracking details that you receive for your order. Once return parcel is received by us , we will contact customer via email or phone & then re-ship the parcel to customer subject to that , customer have to pay us , to & fro shipping charges for the earlier returned parcel
8. It shows my order is delivered , but i Havent received the order . What should i do now ?
Ans : we are immediately sharing the tracking details once its shipped , so , always keep track on your parcel . In such circumstances immediately report to us via email , wtsapp or Instagram dm , with your order number & details, within 1-5 hours of delivered status update on your tracking details.
If the above mentioned time frame crosses , We wont be able to look into this issue as already a lot of time has been passed & every courier service has their own rules & they might not accept our complaint..
After you report to us , We will contact the third party courier service & if its proved & found that its actually Delivered to a wrong address then we will try to get it delivered to you or resend the parcel subject to availability of the products..
But if there is a proof from delivery company showing the order is delivered to either you or ur family or watchman / worker from ur house or building / etc etc ,
Then pls note ostud is not responsible for any such circumstances.
9. Always keep track on your parcels , the number which you give in your shipping address should be in working condition as delivery boy calls / otp during delivery time, if necessary comes to that number. If by any reason , you don’t respond to courier company / delivery boy Shipping attempts , After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the orders are initiated for RTO(return to origin) back to us, Re-shipment will be done , once we receive the parcel back to our warehouse , we will contact customer via email/ instagram dm / wtsapp / call , customer will have to pay to & fro shipping charges of returned parcel & once payment is received , re-shipment will be done.
Cancellation policy !!FAQ’s
1. Return policy ::
Goods once sold Cannot be returned ,
We do not accept returns for skincare / makeup / haircare products.
We accept returns only when customer receives a wrong order / damaged order / broken order.
An unboxing video which meets all the criteria mentioned on one of the faq’s Below , is compulsory must to accept return request.
Return requests are accepted only within 24 hours of parcel delivered status marked in tracking. No requests are accepted after 24 hours of delivered order status update in tracking.
Once customer contacts us with return request , we will guide them with the process of how they can return the parcel to us.
Customer have to return the earlier parcel in exactly the same condition they have received it , i.e Along with tags , seal , unopened , in wrapped condition, gifts , samples etc etc.
Ostud reserves right to decide , whether to resend the parcel or initiate a refund.
2. Exchange policy ::
Exchanges can be done only when you receive a wrong order / damaged order / broken order
Exchange requests are accepted only within 24 hours of order delivered status marked in tracking. Any complaints or requests for exchange are not accepted after 24 hours of delivered status update in tracking of the parcel.
Customer have to return the earlier parcel in exactly the same condition they have received it , i.e Along with tags , seal , unopened , in wrapped condition, gifts , samples etc etc.
Once customer informs us that they have received a wrong order by providing us an unboxing video of the order which meets all criteria mentioned of unboxing video ( pls check complete instructions for unboxing video given below in one of the faq ) , we will verify & then
we will initiate a return pickup from the courier company & we will send a label to the customer ,
customer have to paste the label on the parcel & handover it back to the pickup delivery boy when he comes to you for return exchange pickup .
We will send the correct order again in 1-3 working days & then share tracking details by email / wtsapp.
Ostud reserves right to decide whether replace / refund / partial refund
3. Refund policy ::
Any refunds that are initiated , will take 5-7 working days to be credited back to the original payment method
4. Cancellation policy ::
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
But if under any unavoidable circumstances customer wants to cancel the order , please contact us via email / wtsapp us .
If the order is not yet packed / shipped or picked up by the delivery boy , then we will cancel the order & a cancellation fee of 20% of the entire order value will be deducted & remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method.
If the order is shipped / picked up by the delivery boy & you want to cancel the order before delivery attempts , then please contact us first , & then reject the parcel when delivery boy comes , after all the delivery attempts , parcel will be intiated RTO ( return to origin ) , once there is an update in the rto status of the order ( u can check status with the tracking details you have ) , 30% of the entire order value + to & fro shipping charges for the order will be deducted from the order value & remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method.
5. What is not considered / considered as a damaged order ?
Ans :: paint chip , outer cover damage , wear & tear of outer cover , scratches on outer cover or product, fading , marks on outer cover / box , dents , little leakage etc etc do not fall under damaged category
When the product is broken to an extent that it cannot be used any more / when a product is leaked more than 10% of the quantity , then only we consider it as a damaged order
6. Instructions / criteria for unboxing video
Ans :: A complete unboxing video from start to end , without cuts or pause & full clarity of the video is compulsory.
Firstly pls show all 6 sides of the parcel clearly in the video & with full clarity of your awb & order details
Then proceed with the unboxing & show us what has happened actually or what you have received.. Ensure to check your order in the unboxing video very carefully in each & every manner.
Ostud dont accept complaints / ostud is not responsible for Any complaints without an unboxing video & if an unboxing video is not meeting all the above mentioned criteria 100%
7. Cancellation of an order from ostud end
Ans : please kindly note that ostud reserves complete rights to cancel an order partially/ fully . Due to any circumstances, an order is cancelled , refund will be initiated in 1-2 working days & refund will be reflected in your original payment method in 5-7 working days
8. How to know the expiry date of the product?
Ans :: most of the korean products & indian products will have an expiry date printed on either outer cover / product .
Japan products / most of european products / usa products & many other countries products, generally dont have an
expiry/manufacturing date . They are generally of PAO.
unopened 3 years & after opening 1 year.
For pao ( period after opening ) check on outer cover or product if applicable.

9. Why has the price been increased/ decreased from before ?
Ans : Pls kindly note that , prices are subject to change from time to time & batch to batch & even with a single day difference. There are so many factors which effect pricing .
10. Skincare is all about trial and error. Even though we guarantee the quality and 100% authenticity of our products , we cannot guarantee how a product can react to every customer’s skin type. Hence , please make sure to do a patch test before using any product & proceed with using the products only if you find that its suiting you & only if you are satisfied with the product.
11. How to place a cash of delivery ( COD ) / pay on delivery ( POD ) order ?
Ans : cod/pod charges will be extra according to the order value, weight, dimensions etc etc.
We take an advance payment of 15% to 20% of total order value through online for cod/pod order confirmation & remaining balance you can pay to delivery boy during the time of delivery
